Help us create a safe, supportive environment for Leduc children and youth.

BGC Leduc acknowledges that our work spans the traditional territory of Treaty Six and Region Four of the Metis Peoples. We are grateful for the Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are with us today, those who have gone before us, and the children and youth that continuously inspire us in the work that we do. We recognize that our values of safety and community are impossible to attain without the ongoing guidance and partnership with Indigenous Peoples.

We are proud to live, work and raise our families on these lands. We are grateful to the caretakers and protectors of the lands, waters and territories of the Nehiyaw, Anishinaabeg, Nakota Isga and Metis Peoples. We as Treaty People are committed to continue to learn from First Peoples about strengthening kinship circles, protecting children and youth and keeping togetherness at the heart of our work on these lands.
