Infant and Child Community Programs

Infant & Child Community Programs

Kids need more than a place to go — they need people who know them, spaces where they belong, and opportunities to discover what they’re capable of.

That’s the idea behind the Family Resource Network (FRN). FRNs bring community organizations together to make it easier for children, youth and families to find connection, support and resources close to home. Sometimes a family needs a fun place for their child to make friends. Sometimes they need help navigating a challenge, connecting to another service, or finding a little extra support. The goal is to make sure families don’t have to figure it all out on their own.

Through the FRN, BGC Leduc offers free Infant & Child Community Programs for children ages 0–12 and their families in the City of Leduc.

Our programs focus on connection, belonging and building the skills and confidence kids need to thrive. Through play, activities, group programs, family support and individualized services, we create welcoming spaces where children can build relationships, try new things, develop their strengths and feel like they belong.

If you are looking to make a referral for Individual Support Navigation services for children 7-12, please complete this referral form here.

We also know that supporting kids means supporting the people around them. We work alongside parents, caregivers, schools, community organizations and other service providers to help families access the right support at the right time.

Because at BGC Leduc, Relationships Matter — and Opportunity Changes Everything.

All Family Resource Network programs and supports are free.
