(Tickets will be distributed to parents for resale on the first day of raffle ticket sales – parents will be notified of the ticket availability via e-mail, the club’s Facebook page and the club’s web site. Ticket sales commence in mid-September and the draw will be held in November. If you elect NOT to purchase the 1 book of 10 tickets you must complete a total of 25 hours of volunteer time by December 31 of the membership year. For each ADDITIONAL book of tickets you purchase you will be credited with 2 volunteer hours in the First Semester of the membership year.)

If you want bussing but prefer to pay using the PAD instead of the one time payment to leave the box unchecked and bring me the PAD agreement to secure their bussing spot. A PAD Agreement must be completed for EFT payment and must be accompanied by a voided cheque or a document from your bank identifying your account information for the account to be debited. Bus fees are NOT pro-rated based on usage. Lump Sum Payments for bussing must be submitted to the admin office by the 5th business day of the first month bussing is required.)

Please Print off or email a copy of the COMPLETED Volunteer Deposit form with either banking information filled out on the form or undated Cheques made payable to the Boys & Girls Club of Leduc. Volunteer Deposits will ONLY be cashed if you do not complete your volunteer commitments. Late Deposits will ONLY be cashed if you pick your child up after club closing time (5:00pm for Summer Programs and 6:00 for After School Programming.
